Reiki Terms beginning 0-9
3 Pillars of Reiki: The three pillars of Reiki are the principles of Reiki practice. They include Gassho (meditation and focus), Reiji-ho (intuition and inner guidance), and Chiryo (healing treatment).
7 Chakras: The 7 chakras are the energy centers in the human body that are believed to play a role in physical, mental, and emotional health. Reiki practitioners often work with the chakras to balance and heal the body’s energy system.
21 Day Cleanse: The 21-day cleanse is a period of focused Reiki practice during which practitioners typically practice self-treatment for 21 days in a row. This practice is said to help clear energetic blockages and promote physical and emotional healing.
30-minute Reiki session: A 30-minute Reiki session is a common length of time for a Reiki treatment. During this time, the practitioner uses various hand positions to channel healing energy to the recipient.
