Reiki Terms beginning S

Treatment – a Reiki session in which a practitioner uses their hands to channel energy into the recipient’s body to promote healing and relaxation.

Trust – the importance of trust between the Reiki practitioner and the recipient to allow for the flow of energy during a treatment.
